1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Golden Thread Growth ("the Platform"), operated at goldenthreadgrowth.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Golden Thread Growth is a marketing intelligence platform that aggregates data from third-party marketing, analytics, CRM, and support tools into a unified dashboard. The Platform provides data visualization, performance tracking, funnel analysis, and actionable marketing insights. The Platform is not a financial advisor and does not provide financial, legal, or investment advice.

3. Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Accounts are subject to approval at our discretion.

4. Authorized Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Platform to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
• Use the Platform to collect data about other users without their consent
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Platform

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Platform allows you to connect third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, and others) via OAuth or API keys. By connecting these services, you represent that you have the authority to grant us read access to the relevant data. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or completeness of data provided by third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Data Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the data you provide or that is collected from your connected platforms. We do not claim ownership of your data. We use your data solely to provide the Platform services as described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect any data source or delete your account at any time.

7. Organizations and Teams

The Platform supports multi-user organizations. Organization owners and admins can invite team members and assign roles (owner, admin, or viewer). You are responsible for managing access within your organization and ensuring that team members comply with these Terms. Organization owners are responsible for all activity within their organization.

8. Billing and Payment

Certain features of the Platform may require a paid subscription. Billing is handled through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Golden Thread Growth and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for its intended purpose. This license does not include the right to modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Platform.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Marketing insights and recommendations provided by the Platform are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golden Thread Growth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings or by contacting us.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Platform or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
